Biotool 2x SYBR Green qPCR master mix (Low ROX)是使用SYBR Green I嵌合荧光法进行定量PCR的试剂。产品是一种2×预混合试剂，包括一种特殊的热启动Taq DNA Polymerase和qPCR反应的Buffer的体系，可以有效抑制非特异扩增，从而显著提高扩增效率和检测灵敏度。由于采用热启动酶的激活机制，可以在室温条件操作，实验结果精确性高，重复性好，可信度强。此外，本产品预混了低浓度的ROX染料，使用变得更加方便，适用机型如下表所示：
